Wie entsteht deine Show?
Following our initial joint briefing we create your individual storyboard. This storyboard serves as our working foundation and will only be implemented after your final approval ensuring we understand exactly what you desire.
Approximately 2 weeks before the show you will see the first alpha version featuring the planned graphics transitions and colors. At this stage you are welcome to provide feedback or suggest changes.
Around 5 days before the event you will receive the final version of your show as a 3D video. Small adjustments are still possible at this point to ensure everything fits perfectly on the big day.

How many drones are used in a show?
Our shows start with as few as 30 drones, and there are (almost) no upper limits. As a standard, we offer shows with up to 500 drones. With some lead time, even larger formations are possible. Technically, up to 5,000 drones are currently feasible.
How long does a drone light show last?
Our shows typically last 8 to 15 minutes, perfect for evoking emotions and inspiring the audience. For particularly extravagant productions, longer show formats are also possible. Simply contact us we will be happy to advise you on the best options for your event.
How much does a drone light show cost?
The price depends on the scale and complexity of the show – starting at around €4,500 for a smaller formation. The more drones, the more spectacular and customized the experience. We would be happy to create a tailored offer for you.
Is a permit required for the show?
Yes, a permit from the Federal Aviation Office (LBA) is required for every drone light show. Thanks to our high safety standards, approval is usually granted smoothly. We handle the entire application process and all communication with the authorities for you, so you have no effort at all.
Can drone shows take place in any weather?
We are more weather resistant than many people think. We fly in wind speeds of up to force 5 (approx. 40 km/h) and in light rain.
How far in advance does a drone show need to be booked?
Benefit from our early bird discount! If you book 6 months or more in advance, we offer exclusive price advantages for your drone light show.
Of course, short term requests are also possible.
What happens in the event of a weather related cancellation?
Safety is our top priority. If the show cannot take place due to weather conditions, we offer flexible solutions. Usually, the show can be postponed to an alternative date or a backup time window. We will discuss the specific cancellation and postponement terms with you in detail during the planning phase.
